Relaxing Pool Experience

I had an very nice time enjoying the pool area during my stay on 2024-05-01. The pool was great, and there were plenty of lounge chairs available for relaxing. I spent several afternoons soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful views of the beach. The atmosphere was always calm and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat.

Stunning Room Views

I stayed on the 20th floor in a lovely apartment, and I couldn't believe the stunning ocean views I had from every window! Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was the highlight of my mornings. Great Entertainment Options

I appreciated the range of entertainment options available during my stay in 2024-07-10. The room came with Foxtel, which was great for relaxing in the evenings after a long day out. Great Facilities for Everyone

During my visit in 2024-08-20, I was impressed by the sports and fitness amenities available. The on-site tennis courts and full-size golf driving nets made it easy for me to stay active during my stay. I loved taking advantage of the pool for some laps and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting.

Our stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. While we loved the location right on the beach, and the pool area was well-kept, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. We encountered issues with cleanliness and comfort that left us feeling underwhelmed, especially given the price we paid.

I had an overall mixed experience at the resort. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and a beautiful beach right across the street, but the room I stayed in was quite dated and clearly hadn't seen any renovations in ages. While the staff did reach out to help with a lost item, I felt there could be more attention given to the upkeep of the apartments and overall customer service.

We had a lovely stay at this resort with breathtaking views, especially from the 17th floor! The service was exceptional with a friendly reception team that goes above and beyond. However, the cleanliness of our unit could use a bit more attention, and there were some maintenance issues due to the age of the building. Overall, a great experience, but some slight improvements could make it perfect.
