Ocean Plaza Resort, Gold Coast

Our stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. While we loved the location right on the beach, and the pool area was well-kept, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. We encountered issues with cleanliness and comfort that left us feeling underwhelmed, especially given the price we paid.

I had an overall mixed experience at the resort. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and a beautiful beach right across the street, but the room I stayed in was quite dated and clearly hadn't seen any renovations in ages. While the staff did reach out to help with a lost item, I felt there could be more attention given to the upkeep of the apartments and overall customer service.

We had a lovely stay at this resort with breathtaking views, especially from the 17th floor! The service was exceptional with a friendly reception team that goes above and beyond. However, the cleanliness of our unit could use a bit more attention, and there were some maintenance issues due to the age of the building. Overall, a great experience, but some slight improvements could make it perfect.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the views from my apartment were breathtaking, the management team was incredibly unhelpful, leading to a very frustrating situation. On the other hand, I enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit and the great pool area. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and support from management heavily impacted my overall stay.

This resort spa offers a superb stay with exceptional ocean views and a fantastic location that's just steps away from a beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but some air conditioning issues made for uncomfortable nights. Overall, it's an enjoyable experience with great amenities, although the dining options could be improved.
